★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They answered their phone, they got the car in to fix what we needed fixed and it was so reasonably priced too! They could have done more work without asking and then charge us more but they didn't. They also informed us about a potential upcoming issue to keep an eye on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The counter staff (Samantha) was great to get me an appointment on a busy day. I did need some parts that were unavailable in town so didn't get the job done. But once my parts are in I will be going back and recommend this shop to anyone. The tech took the time to come out and show me what the problems were with my jeep, explained I could safely drive it until the parts came in and also gave recommendations on what parts to go with.
A definite 6 out of 5 for this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were returning to Ontario from BC. We stopped in Thunder Bay for the night. When we got up around 7am, Our Motor Home wouldn't start.
We got it going and took it to Pinewood Ford in Thunder Bay but they said that they don't do Motor Homes. I asked if any of the other Ford dealers in Thunder Bay did FORD model RV's or Motor Homes. They said NO.
Wow. three dealers that don't fix their own products. I tried to find a Thor dealership, but the closest one was 1288 kms away in Barrie Ontario.
Now what do I do? My wife and I are in our mid 70's.
WE went to Fountain Tire at 788 Central Avenue.
WOW!!!! Was I ever glad we did.
I was directed to a customer service rep by the name of Scott Szkaley.
He told me that he would have someone take a look at it for me.
That fella was a young man named Donnie. I wish I knew his last name, but he was amazing.
I had had several FORD service men tell me that everything that was happening was supposed to be happening.
My slide light would come on with the slightest amount of wind, which disengaged my cruise control.
That and a number of other issues that they just didn't bother to check.
Then along comes Donnie. He doesn't know us. We're 2500 miles away from home, what does he care?
He said he'd check things for us and sure enough he found loose wires that fixed ALL of our problems.
I will tell you that checking things in our motor home is not easy. Almost impossible to reach different spots.
But he found them.
Thank you soooo much Donnie, you too Scott.
I loved my visit to Fountain Tire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I were travelling through on a summer camping trip when one of our RV tires went flat. Chris, Kyle and Julian were able to accommodate us late on a Saturday afternoon. They were very friendly and very efficient. We were able to resume our trip with only a minimal delay. And the whole repair was rather inexpensive. Really appreciated their efforts that day.

I called other places before trying fountain tire and the earliest time the other shops had were a week away. Aaron was awesome, he helped me figure out an affordable solution right before christmas. I always dreaded the thought of buying new tires but this place offers numerous options. I will happily recommend fountain tire to all my friends and family. They are definitely the only place I will take my vehicle for tire maintenance from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to have a tire repaired. Was definitely an issue as I could hear the air escaping. Called FT and they said to bring it in. Only took an hour, (other customers being serviced) tire was repaired quickly and very affordable. Staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommend.
