★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware, this is the type of place that will take advantage of the client to the maximum possible. If you are inexperienced or not able to go in and haggle in person stay away. Their prices quoted are a little high but not extravagant. They pull the call back at twice the price and parts already ordered leaving you with a bill for substandard parts at premium prices and no work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNREAL Service. After having my car stolen and having a very difficult time dealing with the Toyota dealership it was such a relief to be treated like a human again haha! They were extremely accommodating, communicative and kind. Not to mention their speedy work finishing a week ahead of the quoted time-frame. I received my car back and it was perfect. Even when I ran into problems that weren’t their responsibility they did all they could to help. I was beyond impressed with their service and highly recommend this business for your car repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you very much to all the staff at the Thundet bay Macco as you guys got me out of a situation that happened from a truck passing buy throwing a pretty good size stone into my driver's door panel which not only chipped the paint but gouged into a spot in front of the chip right down to the primer. The price was allot better then what I was quoted by the dealership body shop which was around 2500 all said and done. The quality of work that macco did with the paint match etc is very good. Only a couple minor dust nips which is not a big deal at all and can be resolved with a light polish and even happens on vehicles right off the assembly line. Very nice woke guys .. I will be back for any other body shop needs and you guys made my brand new 2021 look the way it should.. I wasn't settling with the poor job of a paint pen. Also very reasonable price from these guys.
