★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gas fireplace is beautiful. I went to these guys because they are also experts at tile and brick. I was so disappointed with the brick work. While the top looked professional the bottom was crooked with large irregular spaces. They blamed me because I had wanted them to use my existing brick. This went beyond the pale. They should have called me to say they either needed more stone or given me a chance to have feedback about the look. They told me it was fine and yet the top part is perfect and radically superior to the bottom. They were rude to me. I would never recommend nor use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short and sweet. They sold us a damaged unit when we were told we would get a new piece. Several months later after us going back several times to check up on the status we were given back the same damaged one. We were also told give them the door so they will get out of our face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an air tight wood stove installed at our camp at Hawkeye lake. Ryan W And his crew showed up on time and were very professional during the install. Love the unit and the heat created by it. The crew cleaned up when the job was complete and gave us a lesson on how to use the stove. They were very patient with all our questions. Job well done.
