★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed. I woke up on a Saturday morning with no heat. Waited till business was open to call and request service. Service tech was at the shop when I called (so no call in) and I was advised 250 an hour weekend call. Service was complete in half hour yet I was billed 250 plus parts. They refused to prorate fee accordingly. I have cancelled appointment for cleaning (much better deals out there) and will never buy a furnace from Prestige.
