Jason installed my new hot water tank in a very efficient and timely fashion. He was also very knowledgeable and polite as he explained the intricacies of the hot water and plumbing systems to me. I was overall very pleased with his service and attitude and I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone. Thanks Jason!

If you are looking for a professional company to work in your home that you can trust to do the job right and on time look elsewhere. I hired JD Plumbing and Gas to fix my gas fireplace in January of 2020. The came to my home and had a look at the issue and ended up replacing the thermopile. The tech did not have a multimeter to test it so I ended up lending him mine. Not an issue there but why don't the techs have the correct tools? Following that, they found that the thermopile was damaged when the installed it so they had to order another one. Changing the thermopile didn't fix the issue so then they suggested replacing the valve which of course I agreed to do. Months passed and I didn't hear anything so I ended up calling to see where my part was. Magically it just arrived. They scheduled an appointment to come install the valve at which point the didn't show up. I had waited at home for 2 hours in the middle of the day which I lose out on salary to be thee for and they can even show up, very frustrating. Finally they got the valve installed and the fireplace still didn't work. I was then told there was a venting issue and I should go on the roof to inspect the flue which I did and everything was how it should have been. Finally they came back once again to try and fix it at which point they said the high temperature element was not working and I needed to replace it. I said ok, lets order it in. Again, several months passes and no phone call. So I call the dispatch and they have no clue what I am talking about and I say I am going to hire a different company to fix the fireplace if they can do it in a timely manner. I then get a phone call from Jason the manager who tells me there is a huge delay for parts these days and I need to be patient. I then decide to call the parts place where they ordered the sensor from and to my surprise my part had arrived 2 month prior to Jason telling me it has not arrive. Rather than being lied to I went ahead and order my own part. I also was just sick of waiting for this work to be completed. After receiving my part 2 weeks later I installed it but the fireplace still wasn't working. I did a quick google search and found out that they had wired the thermopile wrong. Intentionally or unintentionally I do not know but I would assume a professional would know what to do with the two wires. After fixing the wiring the fireplace ran great. I was still unable to see exactly where the sensor mounted to so I called dispatch and asked to have the same tech that removed the old sensor to come reinstall the new one. The day before the appointment, Jason calls me and tells me he wont be sending the tech to my house and I should google how to fix it myself. Long story short, these guys were hired to fix my fireplace, I met them at my house 9 times over 14 months, paid all the invoiced on time and my fireplace is still in pieces. I have never seen such lack of costumer care and pure ignorance from anyone in my life.

It took a team of professionals from JD Plumbing to install our new gas furnace and heat pump and they were great. Everyone was kind, courteous and they answered all my questions. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job with the installations. I would highly recommend the JD Plumbing team!

We are so grateful for JD Plumbing! Our in-floor, gas-heated-water heating system stopped working recently. I called on Friday morning and Holly fit us in with Jason, that same afternoon, between calls even though they were already fully booked! Sadly a part was needed and all parts stores were closed for the weekend, but first thing today (Monday), I got a text saying they had the part and could come by in four hours time. Jason arrived right on time and his work was both fast and high quality. Jason and Holly were so professional, friendly, timely and accommodating through the whole process - they made it so fast and easy, especially considering I was calling over a weekend. I cannot thank JD Plumbing enough!! Our ice box house is nice and warm again.

Replaced my old Oil Furnace to a new Natural Gas furnace. After I called just about everyone place in town I found JD Plumping. Jason was not only professional and prompt on the phone, but he gave me the best quote. I went forward with the service and couldn't be happier. Jeff and Jamie were the crew that installed the project. Jeff was easy to deal with and took my suggestions on how I wanted the cosmetics to hide the new gas lines. I was quoted a 2 day install and by the night of the second day my house was warmer then ever. I wanted a gas fireplace as well, and Jason was able to provide me a great choice that fit my budget. Highly recommend the team for any projects you have.

JD Plumbing recently installed AC in my strata. They were very professional in making the arrangements, arriving on time and completing the process in an efficient and timely manner. Jason's crew were so patient in explaining the system and helping me feel comfortable with it. The place was left as clean as it was when they started. Excellent value for the price. We had an issue with our fireplace and we are so glad we called JD plumbing and Gas to help us out. They were friendly, on time and a pleasure to deal with. We found their rates very fair and we knew they were just as keen to fix our unit as we were. They didn’t just skip to an expensive part replacement, but attempted the simple fixes first. Jason from JD Plumbing was able to squeeze me into his already-busy day. Communication was great, as he messaged me that he would be a bit late, and continued ongoing communication until the job was complete. He installed my new sinks with ease, and was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
