I called Jeff on the Saturday of a long weekend. He said he would be over in 1 hour. He arrived promptly. We had a leaky pipe from POLYVINYLB plumbing. Our house was built in 1993. We were not able to locate the leak. He suggested the best option is to replumb the house as the history of POLY B plumbing and fittings. We got an estimate to replace our 27 year old furnace. The work took 5 days to complete. The entire house was replumbed very well. The new furnace and thermostat were installed. Jeff and James were on time, cleaned up well and were very professional. Jeff was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did not take any shortcuts. I would 100% use Great Plumbing and Heating again.

Jeff arrived on time, he was very professional. He installed the gas and pipes for our new gas furnace and air conditioner. His prices were fair and he was knowledgable about different current rebate programs. I hearltly recommend him.

We live on Gabriola Island and our well water tank suddenly sprung a leak. Water all over the crawl space! We began searching online for plumbers and Great Pacific Plumbing was the first one to answer. We sent them pictures of what we were dealing with, and before you know it, Jeff was on the next ferry over. He did a great job getting our old tank out and the new tank in, especially given he had to get down on his hands and knees, and fight his way through cob webs. His fees were very reasonable and he had no problem coming over from Nanaimo on very short notice. Thank you, Jeff and Great Pacific - we will definitely be calling you again and spreading the good word to our friends and neighbours here on Gabe!

Highly recommend this company to anyone. Jeff and his team are highly professional, efficient, capable and knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing and gas fitting. I had several projects completed by Jeff; and was very happy with all of his completed work in my home. Jeff even came on Christmas Eve to install our new gas fireplace. 5 star service all round!

We've had Jeff out to the home first to upgrade our lower level HVAC, second to install a gas fire pit on our deck and lastly repair of our in home fireplace. Each time he was efficient, timely, and very professional. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

Very happy with Great Pacific Plumbing and Heating. Jeff made a same day emergency appointment for a hot water heater installation in midwinter during a snowstorm. We have had him come back since for a bathroom vanity installation and a water line replacement. Having a pretty old house, there have been several work-arounds needed and he's dealt with unforeseen issues so that return visits have not been needed. He has been on time and the prices have been reasonable. If we have any more plumbing or heating issues I will definitely call on Great Pacific again.

First of all, I find it fascinating that that the owner of this company, Jeff, has to bribe people for google reviews on his website... "LEAVE US A REVIEW TODAY ON GOOGLE! 10% OFF YOUR NEXT SERVICE WITH A GOOGLE REVIEW". Jeff was scheduled to originally come out to our home to install 3 major appliances in our kitchen. We received a confirmation email stating he would be to our place for installation between 07:00 and noon. When Jeff called the morning of the installation, he confirmed that he was doing a job elsewhere and would be at our place for 12:00. Therefore, my brothers family (who just landed from an international flight) went on a walk to ensure they would be out of the house during the installation and would keep two small children out of the way. 12:00 arrived and Jeff was still not at ours, then time went on and it hit 1pm... at 2pm and Jeff still had not arrived and our baby went down for nap at 2:30. Therefore, we left a sign taped to the doorbell that literally read, "baby sleeping, plz call when you arrive" in order not to wake the baby. At 4:05pm, we called Jeff and asked him "if he was still planning on coming by to our place today", which he replied he was on his way. At 4:20pm, Jeff arrived and BANGED on our front door so loudly that it woke up the baby. He was rude, confrontational, and started to yell at my 70 year old mother. I was shocked to hear the conflict upstairs in my bedroom, so I went down to see why he was yelling at an old lady. I was disgusted at not only how he was treating an elder woman but also how he was treating a potential customer. I also found it was odd that when a man entered into the conversation he toned it down (talk about threatening elders/women). I find it fascinating that he felt he had to lie about the situation. Jeff is super unprofessional, yells at elders and customers, is rude, and confrontational. Get yourself a different plumber and don't waste your time.
