The staff are polite and professional and very helpful.
I fully recommend this residence for VIU students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pretty bad, pricy, no privacy.. small rooms and no oven or dishwasher. landlords able to enter your room without notice even when you're not there. laundry machine only takes loonies. guests need to be signed in with a 30$ overnight fee.
