After researching plumbers in Nanaimo, I sent a note on Sunday evening to Call a Plumber. Tina called me in the morning and she was awesome! She said that someone would be there at 10:00, not the typical we will be there between 9 and 5! Ron showed up at exactly 10:00 and diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed the issue. Ron was super competent, courteous and knew what he was doing. This is a phenomenal company with amazing people and service!

When my sewer backed up, he was there asap and quickly detected and corrected the problem. He also recently helped me determine the source of a leak coming from my bathroom. Chris is a professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and skilled plumber! Highly recommended.

Chris was great to work with and promptly sent Ron out to do the job. Ron was very pleasant, well mannered and professional. He managed to get into some very tight spaces in order to get to the lines. Our leaky toilet has been rebuilt and all our water lines are of the best quality and all of this has been reassuring since we live on the 3rd floor in a condo complex. I give 5 stars to Call a Plumber as they go out of their way to get the job done right and are very fair to work with. Would definitely use them again.

He was courteous and offered an optional replacement for our faucet that was guaranteed and high quality. We didn't need to replace our faucet but appreciate having an option. Really nice guy. Did a great job!

Call a Plumber demonstrated excellent customer service, advanced skill/education and expertise. The job entailed an upgrade of plumbing in a laundry room: reroute the exposed drain pipe to an ‘in the wall’ drain pipe. Chris installed new drainage pipes, flushed water lines and cleaned up the overall look and functionality of the space. Call a Plumber put forth the absolute best, professional plumbing service, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend you.! Thank you.!!
