He cares about his job and his establishment and took the time to educate his people in proper customer service. Therefore I retract my review and give them a review based on my experience with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this driven car dealership, Morgan and Amanda were both nice and also the other guy I can't remember his name but they were all very nice, they didn't rush me they were patient with me when they were showing me vehicles, I came looking for a truck but ended up getting a very nice car unexpectedly. I shown interest in one particular vehicle that was being sent off, and they looked up the make and model and found a couple I liked and one of them stood out the most to me and they got me approved for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having never bought a vehicle from a lot, I was super nervous. Morgan helped ease my anxiety, and had me in my new (to me) car, driving off the lot in less than 24 hours. I had one SMALL issue come up, about a week after I took my car home, and Morgan had me booked into the service center and fixed up ASAP. It was really great. Morgan was so nice, patient and accommodating. She also followed up a couple times after I purchased to make sure I was 100% satisfied.
Arthur from financing was able to get me a really great financing rate, and a bonus it was with the financial institution all of my other business is at, making it that much easier.
Another huge perk. My friend got a $100 referral cheque because she sent me to Driven. Win win for everyone around :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales and Finance people are great but the service and ownership leave a lot to be desired. I bought a vehicle here and at time of delivery there were issues. Promises were made about ordering the parts and scheduling the repairs, and nearly two months later phone calls are no longer being returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me just start by saying that the sales person was great. I dont believe he works there any more, his name was Ben, but he was very friendly and helpful. The finance person however, Dustin, completely ripped me off. Convincing me I needed extra coverage even after I told him no thanks. He was persistent and after a while, I went with the coverage. It turns out, I bought a complete lemon of a vehicle, and NONE of the problems I have had, which are MANY over the past 2.5 years, were covered by my extended warranty. Absolute waste of money. When I first test drove my Jeep Cherokee, I knew right away it needed some suspension work. I told Ben this, and he notified the garage. The mechanics said there was nothing wrong with the suspension. 6 months later, one thing after another, I have been replacing parts on my vehicle non-stop. Tie rods, brake work, shocks, struts. In addition, the motor mount had to be replaced within one week of owning it. It has a faulty transmission where it jerks into second gear, at 50km/hr, making a banging noise.
I baby this car, always have, and it has still been to the garage at least 8-10 times since owning it, putting thousands of dollars into it because my warranty did nothing for me.
I will never buy from them again, sorry to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sold my car online to Driven Cars Canada and the process was very simple despite being in another province. They gave me the price I asked for and the sales representative (Kessandra) was nice and helpful. It took a couple more days than expected to have the cheque so that's why I give 4 stars instead of 5. But overall, I'm very pleased by the experience. I recommend it.

They also reach out to check on how the vehicle is treating you all the time which makes you feel nice! I got a 2018 Honda CRV with everything I was looking for.
