★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not so good..still waiting for someone to come an look at the granite we purchased in Dec...It is cracked ...sub par....It is now April . customer service has to improve..."Seriously"...
Update--- It is now December.2016 and no one has come to look at this counter top or even call after several attempts by me to get some answers. It was scratched when we got it and cracked in about 4.5 places. In the meantime I purchased a large piece of granite from another company and this person looked at the piece from C&M and said Wow, that should not have been sold to you like that....so people, check your granite when you are considering purchasing from these people...They have zero customer service once you leave the store...One more little note...the front end person Madison was a lovely girl who tried to work things out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I ever ever taken time to post a review, which is telling in itself. We have tried to do business with C & M several times as liked product they carried. Each time was disappointed, however it was the last experience that made us vow to not ever deal with them and to share experiences whenever asked. They are not reliable, changed price after agreed upon to purchase. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enlisted C & M ties in early May/2018..Ivana advised she would not start the project until all material were in her possession.. she went ahead and started the bathroom reno..there was problems with the vanity on back order..then they sent the wrong door size for linen closet..Mario installed the shower door railing with 1/2 inch discrepancy causing shower door to leak.. then I found 3 white marks/flaws on quartz vanity top..Ivana would also withdraw money from credit card without our knowledge..she was very difficult to get a hold of at times.. she never did offer an apology or compensation for their mistakes .I will not deal with them again for my kitchen reno. Also the project wasn't completed till end of September..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took close to triple the original estimated time of 2-3 weeks to bring in our order. And they did not call when the items were brought in. I called every so often (as no true estimated date was provided) and then one of the employees said it had been there for four days!! Not impressed with the customer service. However, the tiles are beautiful - just be prepared to wait. So if you have a bathroom job, plan well ahead and order enough.

The price did change some but in most businesses all quotes are subject to change if more material is needed. Highly recommend them

They went out of their way to fix an existing vanity that we Had purchased elsewhere a year ago. Professional staff who are very good at what they do. The price did not change. Highly recommend them for both granite and quartz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product is great but customer service is horrendous! Took triple the time as quoted, had to keep calling just to get them to come and measure our counters. Instead of taking a full day that we booked ahead of time to install they decided to do another job then show up at noon, then taking two days to install what should have taken a day. Was very disappointed they didn’t even caulk the counters to the walls, not a professional job at all for how much they charge.
