All of the staff that we interacted with at Carstar were both knowledgeable and compassionate, and went out of their way to offer advice and suggestions. They were transparent about the process, and the work was finished when promised. We've since had our vehicle in for servicing, and our mechanic mentioned that the repairs were done thoroughly and with good quality. Highly recommend Carstar Thunder Bay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my vehicle in for repairs, first windshield came in damaged apparently. Waited significantly long for a second one to come in. Took almost two weeks to have all the repairs done. No transparency, I was the one required to phone for updates. Did not help make a horrible experience any better. Having updates without having to hound the receptionist would have been nice. I was promised my car on multiple dates with no car on said date.

Offered accomodations with shuttle service and I was able to leave my vehicle while I was away for work. The whole experience felt stress free. Great customer service. Definitely recommend.
