Less than a month into having it the alternator went and it was quickly dealt with, which was nice because a vehicle for us is super important.. since then they’ve been super helpful which has been so nice since I had her some not so great things from people but I quickly gave the benefit to Icar once we dealt with Kris and Rebecca; which I was happy about ! I was a HUGE pain in the butt and still am and they have managed to stick beside us. I am happy for the staff for trying to resolve the issues as quickly as possible and helping us understand our Issues, especially with it being so close to Christmas and them being super busy. Rebecca went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle on the road and in our name as quickly as possible. Kris got us exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend them as they work with you to solve an issue. We will be doing business with them again, hopefully we can manage to swing a truck next time ?

I had hit a Deer and my vehicle was subsequently "wrote off" and needed a replacement. Staff was pleasant and not pushing a sale. They got my CRV ready in a couple days as it needed to re-due the safety standard certificate and get re-cleaned for delivery. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks, to all the staff, especially the salesman.
