Even though it was clearly on the order they wouldn't make good on it so we finally settled for a $500 alternative but when they came and installed it they put in a $150 filter. Very disappointed.

Jim (owner) is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and he goes out of his way to give great service.
Michelle (owner) is pleasant and helpful with questions and providing information to make the hot tub experience extra special.
Silas (worker) is very knowledgeable and helpful. He makes you feel welcome and never lets you leave the store until all your questions have been answered.
I highly recommend Coconut Bay for the products they sell and the great service they provide.

We had gone home to take pictures and more description of the part and when we came back the same rude person wasn’t willing to even look for the part. Got the feeling he wanted to rush us out of the store. Ignorant and rude buddy,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering we are in this whole Covid-19 time, the service was great! Having to navigate all the new measures while still trying to maintain sales makes it more difficult for many reasons but they were still able to give great customer service! :) I was able to purchase multiple items as a gift for someone and the sales team really did help make the best possible decision. Only reason for not a perfect 5 stars (wish I could pick 4.5...) is because I wish they had a little more to select from in store...ordering under their conditions/restrictions is not really practical unless you do not care about time length...But like I said, great customer service and still very happy with my purchase. :)
