★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I've had an interesting experience with Need A Car. I put a down payment on a vehicle that was advertised at a Toronto Need A Car lot and all was set for it to be delivered. The vehicle never showed, honestly I still don't know what happened to it. But the local branch was quick to ensure I had a reliable vehicle as the one I owned at the time wasn't reliable and the clock was ticking so I was lent a town and country (delivered to my door) then a Caravan up until everything got sorted out.
I found a vehicle posted through another dealership that I was interested in and they quickly got it for me. However, this vehicle came saftied from Mitsubishi and to be frank, it should not have been saftied with the tires that it came with. The tires were cracking on so much of the sidewall space on all tires they were also incredibly bald. Once pointed out though Need A Car was quick to replace them for me.
This whole experience lasted just about a month, I mainly dealt with Nick Gibson who was always patient even when I wasn't and always understanding as it was somewhat of a crazy experience being my FIRST experience buying from a dealership.
In the end, I ended up with a vehicle I am so far happy with, it all worked out.
