About Mascarin Collision Centre
Mascarin Collision Centre has worked in partnership with Nor'Wester View School in Thunder Bay on a project called “Art in the Workplace”. The four pictures were painted by the senior kindergarten, grade 2, 4 & 8 classes. The involvement in the community and being a good community citizen were the focus of the paintings. The students and teachers took great pride and felt rewarded to work with a local business to create a brighter and more exciting workplace.
Mascarin Collision Centre believes in the community and recognizes the potential of our youth and our community to be one of Ontario’s and Canada’s greatest places to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gino and his team deliver quality at a reasonalbe price. I had some damage caused by running over metal debris that damaged two side doors. I received my vehicle back a day earlier than expected, the estimate was identical to final bill. Oh, they washed my vehicle inside and out for free prior to giving it back to me. She looks like new, thank you all so much for this top notch experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had two vehicles repaired at Mascarin's. In both cases the workmanship was excellent (vehicles looked as good as new) and were detailed very well after the work was done. They coordinated the rental cars for us and took care of all of the business with the insurance company. It was a seamless, and stress free experience. You can't go wrong using this company.

From the moment I walked in to completion, they were professional, friendly, very respectful and so helpful. Even driving me to pick up my rental! I can put my previous stressful upsetting experience behind me and I have Mascarin to thank. As a woman with little experience navigating the world of vehicle repair that's invaluable. I can't thank you enough! Maria and Hayden were amazing to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I inquired about getting my vehicle fixed here previously and had a good experience. Im not sure if it’s the fact that I was dealing through insurance or not, but this time was a very slow process. I was dealing with someone directly paying and once mascarin was paid in full (3.5k) it took them forever to actually call me when the parts came in. I was the one calling them every 2 weeks, and once they came in they told me that they came in the week before but also never bothered to call me. They told me the parts would take 3 weeks- it ended up taking 4 months. Once I got my vehicle fixed, everything was fine but all of my service lights were still on. Why would they be on when everything’s fixed? Apparently it went and got scanned and tHeY dOnT kNoW whY tHey’Re oN. Really awful experience and I’ll never go there again.

I have had previous work done and the professionalism, speed and value had me immediately thinking of Mascarins when we had our recent accident. They were able to get us in quickly for an estimate and even helped straighten things out temporarily and safely while we wait for parts. Kevin and Gino have been a huge help and their expertise is refreshing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great costumer service, kept in contact with me with everything that was going to happen, they did a great job can’t even tell it happened and it took them less time then they originally said so that’s awesome as well. You never want to get into a collision but if you do I definitely recommend these guys to help get you back on the road.
