They had found answers to concerns three other shops could not diagnose and also provided an electronic breakdown of everything done to vehicle. They are truly the BEST!

Best automotive repair shop I have found in thunder bay. I interacted with Terry and Owen and both of them were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Their service was professional and quality was amazing. They accommodated all my requests and even fitted me in their busy schedule. The best thing was the safety check from this place was only $118.65 (including tax). Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Helped me out in a pinch. Driving from Whitehorse to St John's and had engine troubles. They squeezed me in for a diagnostic. Weren't able to fix the problem due to time constraints on my part, but so grateful they were able to run diagnostics and let me know. Was recommended by Canadian Tire that I see them.

I was quite dissatisfied with the service. I parked my car to fix the noise coming from the front wheel area. They quoted over $2,000 for replacing a list of items and repairing the noise. I received a invoice for about $1631 after the repairs were completed. So I paid, hoping that the vehicle would run smoothly. The vehicle was running perfectly. However, the noise persisted and not only that, there was new noise from the steering side. This clearly gave me the idea that, they fixed other problems, but, not that particular one that I asked for. So I called them, spoke with the front desk, and was advised to drop the vehicle off again. Me and my friend met the mechanic, and showed our issue. It was pretty evident from his body language that, he had no idea about the old noise, and the new one. He went inside and came with another person. He also inspected the noise and took the keys saying that they will give me a text. They texted me two days later that they needed to change a couple of parts as well, and that it was a different one than the previous work, and asking around $2000 again. But, they never mentioned anything about the actual issue that I pointed to. They said they will text me with the updated quote. But, never did. I waited for a week and put text messages asking about the update. But, got no response regarding the quote. There were no responses for texts for two and half weeks. Finally, I was forced to pick up the vehicle without doing any further repairs. My issue was, how they managed to do the first set of part replacements, without detecting the actual issue that I asked for. They couldn't even figure out what the exact issue was. Why did they tell me to leave the vehicle for inspection if they couldn't offer me a second quote? (It's been more than a week) Waste of time and waste of money. Beware about this attitude from their end.

Great service. They were open on a Saturday when my vehicle broke down in traffic. Stephen even ordered the alternator for my car even when they weren't sure that was the problem, because they were in short supply. Got me on the road home by mid day Monday with a new alternator. Great service!

I had an incredible experience here. Friendly, informative and knowledgeable staff. Brought my truck in on a Saturday afternoon in a big rush on my way through town and they had it ready Monday morning and at a very reasonable price. If I lived in Thunder Bay I would definitely take all my vehicles there for all maintenance.

These guys saved my butt! I called them at 3:30pm on a Friday with a completely destroyed wheel bearing and they said they'd take a look. I limped the car to the shop and extensive work was required to replace both front wheel bearings and some brake components. They got straight to work, had the parts on hand, and kept me informed of the estimated price. They took me out back while they were working to show me the damaged parts. They had me back on the road 2 hours after I called them, and charged me less than the estimate they had given, a very reasonable price. The staff are very friendly, thorough and approachable. Best experience I've had with a mechanic, highly recommended!!
