★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stopping by to get a wheel retourque is a big issue for this establishment. Why have torque tags if its gonna be a hassle to get a retourque upon return.The guys that work out on the pad are bitter
An despise there jobs
Make you feel like u are inconvenience upon return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in desperate need of two front tires for our truck every tire shop in Thunder Bay was the same thing , extremely expensive or just the “sorry about your luck but this is all we have “ attitude, then I called Kal Tire I was impressed with the first hello , the customer service was outstanding, the rep listened to me and then after 2 min of questions about my truck that nobody ever cared to ask elsewhere, I had a shop date of 8:00am the next morning ant a cost 30% cheaper then anywhere in Thunder Bay , plus they were done in about 35 min , I made an appointment in two weeks to do the back tires , these guys care , they are by far the (Only tire shop) in Thunder Bay ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a leaky tire getting worse on a roadtrip. In Thunder Bay we decided it was time to replace and figured we may as well replace all 4 of them. Kal Tire was able to get us in on the same day and did a great job too! We could watch it being done at the window and they even accommodated our dog who we had with us. Very professional, friendly and they had great prices too! Thanks Kal Tire!

I really appreciated the young lady backing in my vehicle when done. Being short, and the tires loaded upright in my suv, it can be a challenge getting an unobstructed view when backing out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been having such a hard time resolving my vehicle's issues with the dealership I bought it from. I took my vehicle to Kal on two separate occasions and had nothing but an amazing experience with them.
The first employee went out of his way to diagnose the issue and offered to have it fixed at Kal but ultimately recommended taking it to the dealership since my vehicle's warranty would cover the repair.
I went back a few weeks later and a separate employee once again went above and beyond diagnosing the issue and restoring my faith in the safety of my vehicle.
I will be bringing all my out-of-warranty work to Kal Tire going forward. Finding a shop to work on your vehicle without the fear of being taken advantage of is something most people look for in a shop, and this Kal Tire location is the right location for trustworthy work.
