★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tedford was able to book me in quickly; just two days after I called them. Their technician showed up within 15 minutes of the appointment time. He was polite and gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. The repairs were completed quickly and he went over not only what he had done but what in his experience was likely to come up (door & opener are both 30 years old).

So pleased they could book us in the next morning. The company's means of communication updates was helpful and appreciated. Jason Beatty, the technician arrived as scheduled. Friendly efficient and knowledgeable. Jason spent time to explain operation, features as well, guided the process to sync my phone to the unit. Exemplary representation of Tedford garage doors. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I received an email about the motor on our garage door opener getting past its best before date so arranged to have it checked. Very quick and efficient service and now I have a new much quieter and efficient opener. Battery back up for the many power outages we get and incredible new bright LED lights which goes on automatically each time we enter the garage from either outside or inside. Fantastic service and quick workmanship by Avery. Now our neighbours want one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve used Tedford for over a decade to service or repair our garage door. They always have great service. Last time we needed a repair it was a public holiday. I loved how easy it was to arrange an appointment. Went online selected the next day in the morning, got a confirmation a while later, then info on who would be coming, and a heads up they were on there way.
The reviewed and gave 3 options to repair, and didn’t have to rebook for the repair time, they did it on the spot.
Couldn’t be any easier.

I called on Wed to schedule a general maintenance appointment and they were able to fit me in first thing the following morning. Avery was pleasant, professional and efficient, and made some recommendations to help rectify a shoddy install job on a new build which I really appreciated. The door runs much smoother/quieter now so thank you! They'll be my go-to guys from here on and I'll be sure to recommend them to everyone I know :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best customer service I have received by any contracting company. Called Tuesday, Estimate done on Thursday, installed by Friday (lucky enough they had a garage door in stock that fit mine)
There update by text message system is fantastic. They send you a link to track where your technician is so you can find out the exact time he will be arriving.
Friendly and courteous technicians throughout the company. There is a reason these guys are as good as they come.
I can't thank James and the crew (Matt, Brian, Ashleigh in reception) at Tedford doors enough for the amazing service.
I would recommend any person looking for door servicing or installs to use Tedford Doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic company to deal with. Didn't try to sell me a new garage door opener as the present one works fine. Kept me updated on my door's arrival time, and were professional and courteous in all their dealings with me.
I enjoyed getting a photo of the technician Dave, so I knew who to expect and an online link to his company vehicle to track his arrival time. It was kinda fun to watch the little truck motor along the highway on the map. When he got to my street, I was ready. A nice and fun little feature.
Great all round experience, highly recommend Tedford doors. Gold Star!
