★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were new, beds separated by a bathroom which was great. Pillows were so bad, lumpy & uncomfortable.
Friendly & attentive breakfast staff.
Had expensive belongings stolen by cleaners while out at breakfast. Staff were disinterested in helping and rolled eyes when making a formal complaint.
Good location & nice cafe connected to hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time staying at Banff Aspen. I really enjoyed the stay. Rooms are Nice, clean and modern. The only that was disappointing in the hot pool was getting fixed. Was so looking forward to soaking after outside in -28 weather. The Complimentary breakfast is a bonus. Friendly staff as well. Until next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospitality of the guest service team was incredible. It was mine and my partners anniversary and they made out accommodations very much worth while. Will definitely stay here again when in Banff. Great location and very easy to navigate through the heart of Banff from this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was well maintained and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel experience for excellent price. Rooms are newly renovated , beautiful and clean. Exceptional balcony views on basic rooms. Kind and friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Walking distance from everything in downtown Banff and public transit. Definitely coming back to this hotel next time we come to Banff. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A budget-priced hotel that is undergoing renovations to modernize the look and feel.
Well-appointed rather small rooms; limited space to store clothes. Nice bathroom, split sections. Small entry. A hot tub by appointment is nice after the day of skiing. Limited on-site parking; free outdoor walking distance parking is always available.
Amazing breakfast with a great service team. Special thanks to Sam who has been always welcoming us and helping us to feel at home, and thanks to all other staff at the dining section. Amazing service and great selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You get a lot for your money at this hotel! We stayed in a Queen with Sofa room and found it very comfortable. Nice lighting, dual sinks, great shower, comfy bed. The nespresso machine is an excellent touch. Breakfast was great and the staff in all areas were genuine and friendly. I took off one star because you will hear people walking by your room at night, especially if they are talking, and you can hear conversations in rooms next door. Fortunately, our neighbors quieted down at a decent hour. My only suggestions for management are 1) advise guests when they check-in that being quiet when walking to their room is appreciated and 2) add soy or almond milk to the cereal bar options. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice lodge. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. Unfortunately, the place is still under renovations, so there is a lot of construction going on. As a result, there is no underground parking and very limited outdoor parking. Don’t expect a parking spot right next to the hotel if you arrive late. Breakfast buffet was decent and had a wide selection of food. Enjoyed their granola and yogurt the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We will definitely stay again. The room was large and modern. They put dog beds and bowls in the living room area. Our dogs loved them. We had a patio door leading outside to a sitting area. It is located a short, scenic, walk to restaurants and shops. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was under construction, so they were giving out bagged breakfasts. We informed staff I was vegan upon check in and they had a vegan breakfast for me the next morning. The cafe inside the Lodge is also lovely.
