★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my first impressions for this hotel was the spa and the hot tube. Myself and my partner came to visit for a week and we stayed two night having a little issues with a leaking in the washroom the front desk agent upgraded us to a better room and that’s definitely a plus from them. However, the one thing I didn’t like was the hot tube it was so busy two times when I went there and with codv I think they should have a maximum of people. Overall the rest was good

Went here with my friemds and absolutely love our stay. The room is like staying in a cabin. Nice, clean and big washroom.
They also have a hot pool with very clean washroom too. Enough number of shower heads before soaking into the pool.
Lounge is nice with a working fireplace. Woods are replenished consistently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very nice and convenient. I had asked Stephen, one of the employees to bring some water to an individual in their gym. He was so gracious and enthusiastic about creating a great moment that I simply must acknowledge it. Having team members so interested in the quality of your stay really made the difference.

One note. This is not the place for a quiet romantic getaway and that's OK because you're in Banff to be in the middle of the action right?! It's right in town. You can walk to all the shops. You can get a ride to the ski hills and other outdoor activities. This is your action base camp with a comfy bed and a spa. Not to mention it has The Keg restaurant right off the lobby. What more could you ask for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but very clean room. The staff are very pleasant and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is an awesome one. We were there for our anniversary and the staff surprised us with a complimentary bottle of wine. Such a nice surprise. The complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning is a nice touch and is very welcomed. Everything in the hotel is well maintained and clean. The fireplace in the lobby with the cracking real fire is a nice warn retreat to sit in front of and is complete with comfy sofa's and chairs. A short walk to downtown. The underground parking is tight however so if you have a larger vehicle it is probably best to avoid that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, easy check in and check out process. The room was exceptionally clean! The bed was comfy, both fluffy and flat pillows which I loved. Also loved that they use Rocky Mountain Soup products (hand soup, lotion, shampoo, condition and body wash)! Super happy with our stay. One down fall - one elevator wasn’t working, but we were more than happy to take the stairs and get our steps in.

Everything is nice, and a lot needs maintenance. You can see the wear every where. Needs a touch up maintenance person part time or full time.
Hot tub foamed your when we turned the jets on, gross, there was barely anyone there, maintenance should have on top of it.
Free underground parking was appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed over New Years. Main lobby nice and clean. The Keg is convenient and easy to book into. Hot Tub was nice and Fitness Centre was small but good. Red Earth Spa was good. Slightly pricey, but good quality massage. Rooms weren't as clean as I would like. Beds were fine. Carpets needed more vacuuming, bathroom fans were filthy and rooms were smaller than expected.
