Such a beautiful and quaint lodge. They prep the rooms with the best smelling hand soap, body wash, shampoo and lotion. The beds are very comfortable and it’s also not too far from downtown (15min walk).

Such a cute place to stay! Our family of 6 stayed and there was plenty of room - only downside was one bathroom. Easy location to Banff, and having a bus pass included was an awesome bonus. Views were perfect

We've been staying in the chalets here for our family ski vacations for the last few years, a great time is had by all every time we visit. The only thing I would fix is the seating in the living rooms of the chalets, one loveseat is not enough space for a family and the only other option is the kitchen table chairs which are not comfortable at all. Otherwise the staff is awesome and the location perfect!

It was a nice place, clean and great layout. Staff are friendly and accommoding. Keep in mind the pullout bed is not suitable for an older child or adult, would possibly be comfortable for a small child. It's extremely uncomfortable, and the mattress cannot be removed to put on the floor. The pool is also cold and smaller than we thought. Beautiful view, complementary firewood was a big bonus.

The night staff were very friendly and accommodating. Gave sweet smiles and checked on us through the phone when we got into our cabin. Our cabin had a lot of space and it felt very cozy. We had a loft with two beds and a room with a queen bed, and it was great for a big family or friends. Everything went great! However, at night, one of our friends had a mental breakdown and was crying for a few hours. We found out that we had a noise complaint and they thought we were having a party or a karaoke. We explained what was going on and apologized. In the morning during check out, a front desk explained that someone complained from the cabin under us. We didn't know that our cabin has a basement with guests maybe next time you should let guests know? She said that the family were unhappy and was firm that we were partying and singing. But like I said our friend had a mental breakdown in which I cannot force her stop. You cannot tell a person with mental illness to get over it and you will just let them go through it. I understand quiet time is at 11:00pm but mental health should be an exception. She did not have to treat us so rudely. NOT MENTAL ILLNESS FRIENDLY

We stayed in Loft Suite with King. Not impressed main reasons: 1. Not clean. Bed and bath was clean, but floors & carpets, balcony, windows, furniture were dirty. Floor didn’t look swept because there was crumps all over by the cupboards. 2. Place looks run down. 3. Covered Walkway to our room was really dirty. Dirty floor, dirty walls. 4. No AC and hot at night in the loft Positive: 1. King bed was comfy It was too much money for the condition. $400 a night, I expected better. We didn’t use the pool, steam or sauna because pool was small & crowded. The steam and sauna are in completely different building. I would not recommend and would not stay again.

Great location. Shuttle bus stop out front. Plenty of room for a studio which technically had one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room. Adequate kitchen and fireplace. One drawback was the limited accessories in the kitchen. There were pots and pans but no serving dishes or dishes to re-heat items. There were only 4 plates, cups and glasses and cutlery. If you ate breakfast in and dinner you had to wash dishes first. Would recommend a set of 6 at least for everything. Otherwise great.

We had a great one week stay. Having 3 queen beds was nice, fireplace was cozy, parking right in front of the room was convenient. Kitchen and living room were kind of small. Only 1 love seat wasn’t enough for our family of 4. Shower could use a new shower curtain but other than that it was very clean. Complimentary coffee each morning was great also. I just wish there was a hot tub near the pool area. Only 5 min drive from city centre. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
