J	Julie Kolenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time staying here and really enjoyed it! The front desk was smooth and make check in/out easy. Loved my balcony. Has a nice indoor pool and the restaurant attached, Ticino, is one of the best in all of Banff! Would absolutely stay here again.

The jacuzzi suite with a king bed was phenomenal. The balcony had a wonderful view, the room was clean and fresh. The staff were kind, welcoming and professional. Will definitely be back !!

Pool was fab, almost empty every night. Two hot tubs for soothing sore muscles. Slighyl outside of the centre so nice and quiet but a little walk into the centre and when its -10c that's tough! Ski buses stop right outside which is perfect for getting to Sunshine and Lake Louise. Highly recommended. Special mention to Eva on reception for all her advice and help.

Location was sweet. Hubby and I didn't have time for boarding this trip, but we saw groups of people geared up and getting picked up from the front by the shuttle bus. So convenient. We slept well on a comfy bed and so did bubs in his provided crib. Thanks!

The lobby looks good, but the rest of the hotel is somewhat dated. Not uncomfortable or under cleaned, just what you would expect from a 3 - 3.5 star hotel. All in all affordable and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Perhaps pet rooms should not be close to the pool, that noise is too much for dogs. Underground parking is a bonus. Our vehicle almost did not fit, we had about 2cm clearance. It's a 6 foot clearance so small cars are fine. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful when we asked anything. Overall the hotel is very clean.

The pool area has a decent sized pool and there are two hot tubs. We used the dry cedar sauna twice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We’ll be coming back.

Spacious rooms, a great work space, a great view and awesome staff! Front desk was super friendly and helpful as was the cleaning staff! They have a pool/hot tub as well so it's a great place for individuals or families! Reasonably priced as well!
