Location 5/5. Right across Transit hub. One can easily take shuttle to Banff Gondola, Lake Louise and other attractions. Fast check-in. Parking on site. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent.

4 days on tour in Banff. Hotel was tour provided so it wasn't a choice. Great location, had everything we needed, staff were professional and efficient. The room was OK, not a very hot shower, bathroom was pretty small, and from what I could see could use a little refreshing and maintenance a few things loose in the bath (towel holder, toilet tissue holder) but no major complaints. Would stay here again.

We ended up paying close to $400 for a "superior room", however the (dated) room was ground floor with a car parking area right outside and a big wall. No views and no balcony. I was told that any rooms that had windows facing outside were "superior". I know they jacked up the prices for Easter weekend, but just because you can, doesn't mean you ethically should. I don't think I've ever felt quite so ripped off in my life as I did staying here.

The room was not cleaned well. The table top wasn't even wiped down. It still has crumbs and debris on it. Neither of the beds had a fitted sheet. It was so hot!!! That was the worst part. The wall device only allowed the heat to be turned off and even then there was still hot air being blown into the room. And we didn't have a window we could open. The breakfast was good. But I wouldn't stay there again because of the heat and uncleanliness

We stayed here on the May long weekend, for 2 separate nights (Friday and Sunday) so stayed in different rooms each time. Our first night was a 3rd floor room, (a tad small) but cozy with a vaulted ceiling and ski lodge vibe. The balcony looked out over the parking lot, but you also had views of the mountains. Our second night was a 1st floor room, larger (I think it was considered a suite, as the beds were separated by the bathroom) and a bit more dated. Our window looked out to the parking lot, so it was less private as people walking by can see right in. In both rooms, the beds were really comfortable and bathrooms were well equipped and clean. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, all the regular fixings including an omelette station. It was great for us and our kids as it was convenient and had a wide variety of items. The location of this hotel is superb, as it's just past the busy end of Banff Ave, across from the soccer field. We did not use the hot tub during our stay. The staff were really friendly. I would stay here again.

Stayed at the hotel for a couple of days. Hotel staff were great, location is perfect (not too far from the heart of Banff Ave, but far enough from the crowds). Room was good but needed a little love. Hallways are very narrow, especially passing another guest. Ate at the breakfast buffet. Small selection of breakfast items and the buffet was self serve which meant that every guest was touching the serving utensils. I appreciate that the Alberta Gov't believes that the pandemic is over but this was a point of concern for me. Price was fair and underground parking was a nice benefit. Ate dinner at the restaurant and unfortunately they were out of a couple of items, or had to modify the ingredients. I.E. Didn't have spinach for the spinach salad so offered to substitute romaine. Ended up having a pizza which was exceptional. They had a gluten free crust as well as vegan cheese as we have some dietary issues in our group. Overall, a good value for the price.

I was pleased with my stay. I'll start by saying the rooms are a tad outdated, in colour and comfort. But I wouldn't let that deter you from booking. For the price you pay per night it's hard to beat. First off the staff was pleasant and helpful. It was super easy to check in, and getting extra keys was a breeze. Although outdated the room was clean, nice vaulted ceilings and quiet overall. The Hot tub, Steam Room and Sauna were a nice touch. Not having an outdoor hot tub will turn some away. But the setup was clean and I went 3 times and was basically alone. The complimentary breakfast was excellent as well. The spread, much bigger than expected was hot and fresh. Overall I would give it a high recommendation. Oh yea underground parking was a nice touch.
