Where did you get your start?:I grew up in St. John’s, Newfoundland and I decided to pursue my passion for aesthetics at Academy Canada college. I graduated in 2017 with a Diploma of Health and Human sciences in Aesthetics and Spa Management.
How did you come to Banff: I jumped at the chance to discover a new and big playground right outside my doorstep. I also tend to seek beauty everywhere I go and Banff is no exception.
What do you do when you’re not working:I do a lot of hiking and camping and I like to stay active by doing different winter sports. I also love to cook vegetarian meals and travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my girlfriend here for her birthday relaxation getaway. Amazing atmosphere, welcoming receptionists, great service and VERY CLEAN!
We got a couples massage there and were allowed to use the pool and spa area before our massage. The hot tub area is very nicely set up and has great views of the mountains! Snack and light refreshments are provided.
Our massages went really well and felt like we had a complete reset on our daily routine. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back! Highly recommend this spa to everyone especially if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with your partner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately cannot recommend. My husband and I both noticed our massages ended short by 5 minutes (which counts within a 60 minute massage appointment) and facilities were just average. We felt this spa was very over priced for what it is. If you’re looking for an exceptional spa go to the Banff Springs - same pricing and a much higher end experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband treated me to a massage and scrub and I had Holly for my massage therapist. She was amazing! Even though it was a deep tissue massage it was so relaxing and even fell asleep during my foot scrub. Will definitely be coming back to meadow spa and Holly when we're in town again! Thank you for being so personal and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! Highly recommend if you want a spa day in Banff. The massage was great and then after I dipped in their private hot tub outside to continue relaxing. Nice way to spend the afternoon - you can get a massage anywhere it was the outdoor hot tub with mountain views that sold it for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a pedicure and a manicure. Elaine was a great professional, super attentive she gave me tips on how to take care of my feet. The whole experience was amazing, you should definitely go for the deluxe package. Very clean place and great private hot tub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to begin… LAUREN was amazing! I’ve had so many massages in my life, & Lauren blew them all out of the water! She was professional but also very personable! She picked out some scents based on the chart I filled out.. & man did she nail it! The only bad part was when she told me it was over haha I recommend requesting Lauren if you want the BEST massage of your life! & the hot pools had amazing views! One on the same floor as the spa, & also two rooftop ones! I could go on and on.. ASK FOR LAUREN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful spa! There are a couple different hot tubs all outside, a fire pit, sauna, indoor pool and the staff are all so friendly! The robes given were so comfortable too! It was an amazing and relaxing experience that I definitely recommend!

Front desk was very responsive. In terms of the service: It was my first hot stone massage and Lauren was great- checking in to make sure I was comfortable and making adjustments based on my preferences; very nice and professional. Facilities were fantastic. Prices reasonable especially given location, quality of services and access to the hot tubs with beautiful views! I recommend ?
