★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today with one other for the first time as visiting the area, very satisfied with the service we both were given all staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a very good feeling of friendliness unlike many other beauty shops that I have visited before. Cheryl who owns it is bubbly and very hands on , I had Jax fir my treatments and she was just great. Should we ever be in this area again as come from the UK I would definitely visit. Keep up the great work ladies your all amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was great, the lady was super friendly and everything. Once I got home I got a really good look at my eyebrow and realized she did an early 2000 style with them. I used to have full nice eyebrow before and never had any girl removing this much of them. Not only that the tint is so dark even my eyebrow pomade does not show up. I can't work with my eyebrow at all now. When I called to let her know they only thing she said was that I said I liked them when I left. Made me feel really uncomfortable. If you're young and like a fuller more natural brown definitely don't go there.

If you enjoy neck, hair, ARMS and face massage at the same time I do recommend to go at this place and ask for Jess. I felt much better for my acne and was so relax. Really started my journey wonderfully for my stay in Banff. Thank you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL OF YOUR WAXING NEEDS!! Sharol was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and right at home throughout my waxing session (Brazilian). She was extremely attentive, her attention to detail was superb! It was so easy and such a pleasure to talk to her during my wax as it put me at ease immediately. It also didn't hurt at all compared to other waxing places! I will definitely be back to see her! Such an amazing experience!
