Best Italian restaurant in Canada

I	Ine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews I was a little afraid to visit this place. But the food was “lekker” and they have gluten-free options. It takes some time for the bread, but I am used to it. The kale-salad was delicious. The shrimp risotto was nice. And the bonus was Luke who explained everything well. My husband liked the dessert very much.

Great food, pizzas, and very lovely dining room, with big high ceilings, sunken bar, comfy seats that let you stay a while to enjoy your meal, a nice glass of wine and maybe make some new friends visting Banff for the first time, or another seasoned traveller such as your self. And kids are welcome too with excellent kids menu options.
C	C. Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Linguine Alfredo with Italian Sausage. The Linguine was perfect al dente. Sauce was creamy but not enough parmesan and salt. Then I was hoping the Italian Sausage spicy flavor might stand out comparing to the bland sauce. I was disappointed again as the sausage wasn't pan fried long enough to lease its flavor and was bland too. As you see, I had to added salt, chili flakes (a lot), and chili oil to help bring up the tastes. I like they offer different flavored butter for guests to cook their own toasts. Great idea!

You can get all the bread you want, and toast it so you can make your own garlic bread. The pasta is nice. We ordered 3 items, carbonara, Alfredo and pesto. The carbonara is the best, the taste, the pasta excellent. The Alfredo is in the middle too creamy for my taste and the taste doesn't pop out. And lastly the pesto was okay, the pasta is good but the pesto doesn't taste really well. The vibe is excellent. Combination of both dine and lounge
N	N D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere, solid portions and good food. The liquor selection was minimal, so I didn't bother having a whiskey with dinner. You are able to go toast your own bread with butter, 4 choices of each! Cool experience doing that.

This place has its own bread bar with different types of breads and butters for them that you get to toast up to your liking which was quite fun. You can definitely tell that they make their own noodles in house as the pasta arrives very quickly once ordered. The bread bar was interesting and it took us exactly as long to toast our bread as it took the pastas to be ready once we ordered. All of the food and drinks were marvelously delicious. Soft and tender raviolis and the sauce was divine. I had ordered the fries as a starter, I will skip that next time. They were tasty, but not worth filling up on with the pasta being so delightful.

Food delicious, I had their ravioli and it was perfect, flavours spot on and cooked to perfection. My husband had the chicken parmesan with a side of spaghetti, everything was superb. Good selection of beer. Prices reasonable for portion size.
