★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the tuna salad and the first thing that comes to mind to describe it is ‘gorgeous.’ I thoroughly enjoyed the gin, vanilla vodka, and vodka in the spirit flight, in that order. (I learned that the others were not my style.) My husband had the bison burger and he loved it! By the way, the portions here are huge!! Overall, loved my food experience here ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my girlfriend here for a little date night. The pappardelle was phenomenal, the sauce was consistent and very savory. The olives and broccolinis added an extra dimension in the sauce that complimented the pasta. Generous shavings of cheese, was very pleased.
The prime rib was cooked perfectly. Very juicy and not dry at all. Lots of sauce for the sauce lovers. The roasted garlic was a great addition to the prime rib as well. Definitely will try the 16 oz next time.
The soup was a bit overwhelming and we didn't find the soup special and actually a bit too sour.
Overall, the service was good and the food was fantastic. Would highly recommend checking out this brewery if you are ever in Banff. Support local!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would recommend! When we arrived to town (it was a Tuesday evening) we didn’t have a reservation but this restaurant was worth the wait!!! (About 30m). Had the bison burger, 16oz steak and 10oz prime rib. All was amazing!! I especially liked the blueberry aioli with the bison burger. Great touch! Staff was friendly, washrooms clean and it didn’t take long for our food to arrive.

Have been here a few more times since the first review, and the most recent visit was phenomenal. Sat at the bar, and tried a bunch of different cocktails between us. Tyson was behind the bar, and he was so great. Had excellent drink recommendations and was just generally super cool. :)

Always make a point to stop here whenever we’re in Banff. The cocktails are phenomenal, and the ambiance is excellent. Food is either really great, or just meh, but never bad. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have eaten here a few times, always had fast friendly service. The Park burger I had was very tasty, and just messy enough :) Good selection of beer to try if you want something local too! Its becoming our usual whenever we visit Banff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended, it has awesome food and amazing cocktails. I always go for local beer, fortunately they serve local beers.
The vibe of the restaurant is fantastic and the staff are friendly. We asked for a table next to the window, they told us it was reserved, thus it had a time limitation, we accepted the situation and they provided it for us.

The cocktails we ordered were good and we liked it.
But the snacks and veggie bowl were below average for the amount we paid. Even the portion size was too les.
Would definitely not recommend this place if you do not eat meat.
The staff could have been more courteous.
