★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 3 night stay, no complaints at all and well worth this 5 star review. All requests were accommodated, free car washing station in their parking garage, clean, friendly service in what feels like a brand new hotel. Sister hotel across the street has extra services that is easily accessible also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience and stay at Peaks, the location is central to a lot of great restaurants and shopping, the cleaning staff and front desk were very friendly and had great suggestions on what to do in Banff. The rooms were clean and brand new. We will definitely stay here again and have already recommended this hotel to our family and friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just got home last night from our trip - everything was absolutely perfect. I would 100% stay here again when I come back. The front desk staff was outstanding, anything we needed they were there at our door within 1-2 minutes. The beds were super comfy, everything in the room had been updated so everything is new and clean. Great location to walk anywhere you needed, we often popped in and out of our hotel while walking around as it was so convenient. It doesn't have a pool/hot tub/restaurants etc but the sister hotel directly across the street does and you have full access to that. We went there for breakfasts and to use the hot tub and it was no inconvenience at all! Would highly recommend and thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed three nights here while on a ski holiday. Great location, excellent room, quiet, efficient front staff, great price. I am concerned the price will become outrageous like all the other places in Banff, especially when things open up again. I will be back if they give locals a good rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Hotel was very modern and well done. Very clean, super nice bathroom and a beautiful mountain view out the window! The staff was very nice and helpful.
We paid the parking as it was very cold in Banff which was convenient. There are free lots but you do have to walk a bit. Street parking is paid now and can be tough to get a spot, so the indoor parking may be worth it.
Location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Easy to walk everywhere in Banff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is the best in town! The staff are very friendly, hotel is very clean and new! My mom is hard to impress but she loves this hotel. The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s a short walk to Banff Ave for shopping/food and a short walk to Bow River. Aside from going to spots outside of town for hikes my vehicle hardly left the hotel’s parking garage as the location is walkable to everything in town and then you don’t have to bother with finding a parking spot in town. To give you a heads up the parking garage has small parking stalls and there is a height restriction. Our beds were comfy and provided the support we needed and the room was big and a good size. Enjoyed the view from our balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaks is perfect for every occasion. In a great place in the middle of downtown. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. Hotel staff does a great job keeping the place picked up and are very helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable. Best of all they use foam pillow not that trash feather pillows. I would recommend this place to anyone.
