★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have used these guys twice now for renting XC skis. very friendly and helpful staff. Jason helped a lot with checking the trails condition and accomodating the pick up and drop off. Skiis were also in great condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic afternoon hike with a small group into Johnston Canyon as part of a package deal that included a horse drawn sledge ride earlier that day. The hike itself was lovely, cleats and transport also provided for a fair price.
The particular standout however was Andrew, our tour guide who led our group. I would like to extend a personal thanks to him for leading us; great all round knowledge of the area from hiking trials, geology of our surroundings and even local restaurants. He is a credit to the BA team,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The E-bike is pedal assist, so in my ipinion not a true e-bike because i was on vacation wanting to be lazy. So that was a suprise.
While the bike ride was difficult because of a code needing resetting on my e-bike, therefore the "E" part of the e-bike was not working for the first hour. After returning and having them take care of it, they explained and helped me out very quickly and easily, and in the end were kind enough to give me a discount on the rental!
Very professional, very understanding and very impressive customer service.
I suggest the Golf Course Loop! It was a quick and simple ride from Downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the full day snowmobiling tour and were really impressed. The views were unbelieveable and driving up the trail was exhilarating. One of the better excursions we've ever taken while traveling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 day vacation in Banff this summer, first three days spent on spectacular hikes - plain of six glaciers, inkpots, bow lake. Was wondering if there is a different way of experiencing the alpine beauty, and got a recommendation on Via Ferrat at Mt Norquay, which was a short 20 min drive from our Banff resort. Went ahead and did the ridge walk route Via Ferrata. Based on available info, it appeared anyone could do it with basic mobility and skills, reality was something totally different. Fortunately, my younger daughter and myself were able to finish this hike up and down the mountain. I have to say, this was one of the best experiences in life for me, exhilarating, working yourself up along narrow (a foot at times) paths staring at hundreds of feet of vertical view right down and similarly mountain sides up above. We even saw a mountain goat!
Definitely challenging physically requiring some endurance, but, absolutely worth it!
The guide, Sara, was awesome and very patient and knowledgeable, striking good conversations all along.
My thumb rule, if you can do a decent 5k run and can climb ladders easily, and have enough strength to pull yourself up using hands and legs, you can try this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I had the pleasure of Jeff's tour guidance for the Johnson Canyon Ice Walk. The hike itself was fabulous but Jeff is simply terrific at his job and knows how to use all the settings on your camera to take great photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Johnston's Canyon. Bring your ice cleats in early winter, late winter it is usually a foot or so deep in snow so you won't need them. Beautiful must do hike in any season
