★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room wasn't anything special. Bed wasn't comfy neither were the pillows. This is not a pet friendly hotel. We had to leave our dog in the truck for the night. Caution if you park in the under ground parking lot because the door came down and scratched our bran new truck. We decided to not park under ground and found parking on the street for the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel rooms were good. No microwave which was shocking. The hallways were quiet. The pillows were pretty firm so if you like them soft, you'll need to bring your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left a review of the poor service I received while staying at this hotel on another platform. The response from the hotel was defamatory and I thought it relevant to share. Please see the attached pictures. Being a responsible adult is part of my daily life being a father of 5 and I don’t appreciate people making problems with my disability and what forms of treatment I use. Please don’t ever stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really had a very enjoyable stay at Banff Inn. They have a fantastic spa complete with a steam room, sauna and hot tub that is really inviting after a day of activities. Carlito's, the pizzeria inside the Inn is a quaint spot for great pub food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was amazing place to be and incredible view to wake up too even! Was disappointed that on the website said free breakfast when we got me and my spouse room, but got there and ask "when does breakfast opens" and to be told they don't do that. Not conplaing was fine we figure ways to go get breakfast or make some just wish they told the before we arrived to the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were great. They let us check in early. Premium double was spacious with fridge and Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom was nice and clean, lots of towels and toiletries. Staff did a great job cleaning during our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for one night. It was a first floor room with the view facing the street, so I kept the curtains closed, but the sliding doors were an option to use. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that there was a table and two chairs for seating. I'd stay here again. The room was clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front staff is very friendly, the cleaning staff has done a great job in the two nights we were here. The pool/spa area ( hot pool with 2 saunas) is a booked system. Underground parking is great!
The rooms and priced pretty well, on the smaller side but are nice rooms.
Giving a less generous review as 3 times we tried to get ice from the machine and had lot of mold on our ice every single time and had to be dumped out! Very gross.
