N	Nessa Gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is cozy ! The building is on the older side and it is very notable. However for the price and location it is a very good stay ! We booked the standard room, and found it to be a bit on the smaller side but it was still comfortable. We were very happy with the balcony ! We had a pleasant view. The bathrooms however could use some renovating, everything is small, toilet, counter, shower. The bathtub was clogged and took a while for water to go down.. The free breakfast was actually beyond what we expected ! They offered omelettes, hash browns, sausages, etc. Went beyond the regular continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again ! This hotel also does not have an elevator (not a problem for us) just an FYI
R	Rehat Grewal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly we should’ve checked the reviews before coming, this place was awful. It was very unhygienic, staff was friendly however they were limited. It was pretty dirty and no soap or anything is provided other than a tiny bottle of shampoo, you can ask for soap and extra towels but some of them had stains. If you desperately need a place then it’s fine but if you can, definitely check out other places
M	Moshiur Rahman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had such bad experience before. Rooms are not well kept and cleaned at all. They have rooms in the second floor but there is no elevator. We had to carry all our baggage through stairs. Reception staffs were not friendly and helpful. Some area smells damp. Not going there anymore and will not recommend this place.
I	Iryna O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was quite and clean. Our first room had issues with hitting, but front desk gave us another room after short conversation. Rooms are small, but more than enough for its purpose and price. Building and rooms are old, but bed was comfortable to sleep in. Thanks!
N	Nour Nissan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel way past its prime. Beds were ok. Walls are paper thin. We had to ask to switch rooms as the people beside us kept screaming and slamming their door. All that to say is that the friendly staff are the only redeeming quality of this place. The pool has been unavailable for some time, however is still prominently featured in their website. Parking is not ample and inconvenient. Also there is construction on site during working hours. Do yourself a favour, spend the extra $40 to get a nicer stay.

The pool was not open, and was only written on the site when you clicked on the pool page. No face clothes , and no daily cleanings of fresh linen. Normally I wouldn't mind no daily cleans however they only put 2 towels and a bath mat for 4 people .

No A/C in the rooms, beds and sheets not clean as we found pet hair or something on the sheets, asked to have them changed and the front desks response was the cleaners won't go into rooms to clean while occupied? Pool out of order or construction, parking is nearly impossible. I travel a lot for work and stayed in many hotels but nothing like this. I have never been more disgusted and it appears the staff feel the same.

Please stay somewhere else and support a good company within the banff community. It’s already hard enough to live here without them making it more even more difficult.
