I had PR photo issue which was taken by Canmore shopper and I was not able to pass the IRCC PR portal link because of the photo quality and size problem. A friend of mine who recommend Victor. I am glad that I met him and he scheduled his time with me quickly. Great service, very accommodating, helpful and friendly photographer. I highly recommend everyone who need to take the PR or Citizen photo with Victor. I received my PR card without any issue. Thank you!
