Explained every step and process, made sure all our requests were met, and assisted us in ensuring the best possible deal.
They were available anytime of day for questions and even after we closed the deal they checked uo and made sure everything was good and we were happy

We could text in the evening or on the weekend and usually got replies within the hour which always helped to speed along deals. In addition, Paula has an amazing knowledge of the local market, the history of buildings and could give great insights into future developments, perceptions of other buyers and sellers and properties that were going to come onto the market, etc.
She is very professional, great with paperwork (and absolute must when dealing with transactions this size) and has a vast amount of contacts for other services like financing, home inspectors, legal advice and so on.
You can feel the passion and hence we have always been very comfortable to recommend her to other friends and business associates.
Paula has always been our realtor of choice for the Banff Market!
