★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après une visite d’une maison à louer Catherine Côté nous dit , si il y a qq d’autres intéressé je vous préviens… ont lui envoie un message le jour même disant que la propriété nous intéresse et qu’une seconde visite avec les enfants serait appropriée. Juste avant la visite elle m’envoie un message pour me dire qu’elle à louer à qq d’autres… je lui envoie un message pour lui faire part de mon étonnement et elle me répond que si je lui offrait plus d’argent je l’aurais peut-être… c’est une méthode qui manque totalement de respect et d’intégrité et une très mauvaise façon de faire alors méfier vous … pas très honnête comme place …
After a visit to a house for rent, Catherine Côté tells us, if there are any other interested parties, I will warn you… have sent her a message the same day saying that the property interests us and that a second visit with the children would be appropriate. Just before the visit she sends me a message to tell me that she can rent to some others ... I send her a message to let her know of my astonishment and she answers that if I offered her more money I I might have ... it's a method that totally lacks respect and integrity and a very bad way to make you beware ... not very honest as a place ...

His professional advice guided us through the process in Quebec, which is a bit different than the rest of Canada. He also helped us find our dream home in a very competitive market. He is very responsive, has great judgement for the market, very knowledgeable and always willing to update. I highly recommend Michel Beaulieau as your real estate agent, he really gave me another prospective to real estate agent, I would work with him again if one day I decide to purchase or sell property in Quebec!!
