★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think there’s been a misunderstanding! This store functions as a general store where people and renters can pick up basics, specialty items for parties, and snacks. From these reviews, it deters people from going but it’s a great service to have when you need something quick! There’s also an SAQ in town where you can find more liquor and wine if you don’t find what you want here. Warning! If you are looking for medicine or pain relievers you won’t find them in ANY grocery stores. Only pharmacies are allowed to carry drugs in Canada. This store is pricey but I wouldn’t overlook this service. If you want to go grocery shopping then you’ll have to skip this general store and go to the grocery stores like Bonichoix (the closest), IGA, Metro, Super C, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am tolerant of the high prices given that this is one of the only grocery stores on the mountain. However the people who run the store are nothing short of criminals. Someone went up to the counter to buy a multi pack of drinks. I caught the cashier rather than scanning the bar code on the pack instead went out of his way to find the bar code for an individual can and just multiplied the cost by the number in the pack. I left as soon as I saw this. It was shameful. They seem like a small shop but they don't deserve people's business with these kind of shady practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For too expensive I expected to pay a premium as it's the only shop in the village and that's fine. But it was too much. Good selection of produce for size and helped me out having toys for my kids. But save money and catch the bus for $3 into town stops near the main supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular Store with an appropriate choice of prime items that someone did not think about when coming here ... But don't expect a regular IGA or Provigo product quantity. Clean place, nothing to complain about but shelves are a little bit empty, probably because we walked in there around 7:15PM EST. Other than that it's all alright :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online it says it closes at 9. The employees closed the doors at 7:30 .. No sign outside indicating the hours and the employees just ignore that you're waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to go to the store today there are no hours of operation posted outside and the website said it was open till nine yet it was closed at eight. It would be nice to have hours posted so we know what time the store is open and closed

Loved the pâté ($4.50) I got. Paired it with flaky thin onion crackers ($9).
