★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike other stores where they wipe down the cash area including the belt. This place bluntly told me after I asked about cleaning the belt. They said that they don't do that here. The cash register area but mostly the belt was absolutely filthy. And during these times of worldwide pandemic maybe not the safest approach for anyone including workers. No concern for the public safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean supermarket with relatively good selection at reasonable prices. Bakery section could be better (limited fresh bread selection) and there are no fresh food counters. Very convenient for Tesla owners as there are Superchargers in the parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a happy customer shopping here today. The person who disinfect the grocery cart greeted me with big smile ? the store is spacious, clean and bright. As a customer, I feel very comfortable to shop here. The self checking counter is very clean too. Good experience and highly recommend for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 3 supermarkets here side by side. IGA is the most expensive one but it has the most selection of liquor. Maxi is the cheapest one. I like to go to Super C a lot because it has the best hamburger buns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally this would be a five-star review as we'd come to rely on Super C for value, but I'll probably shop here less often because of a negative encounter at the caisse yesterday.
Normally the cashiers are lovely despite my poor French. I can't stress enough that they're great 99% of the time and I've never felt uncomfortable shopping here, which is why I was surprised and disappointed by my experience.
I usually fill up a big cart so I know I have to get to the front and start bagging ASAP, but while I was bagging the cashier kept activating the conveyor belt so that the goods were shoved right up to my end, making bagging extremely difficult. The cashier then took the time to call me out for putting different apples in the same bag. I apologized and took the opportunity to finish bagging the rest of the purchases, but the cashier demanded that I keep the conveyor belt moving.
There were people behind me so my husband and kids started also bagging and we had to go full tilt because the cashier kept pressing the conveyor belt button. I'm a pretty fast bagger, but even with everyone trying to manage with all the items constantly coming, it took way longer than if the cashier had just let us catch our breath and finish bagging and loading the cart, instead of continually shoving all the items our way.
I want to stress that the other cashiers are not like this at all, but either Super C has to hire more folks so there are more caisses open, or they could just remind the grande old dame at the caisse nearest the door to lay off that button once in a while.
