S	Seb marleau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service absolument terrible. Ont refusé d’honorer la politique de remboursement à l’endos du reçu pour un achat fait à peine deux heures auparavant. Les employés sont clairement blasés par le va-et-vient dans la boutique et donnent un service froid et désintéressé. Absolutely terrible service. Refused to honor the refund policy on the back of the receipt for a purchase made just two hours ago. The employees are clearly annoyed by the comings and goings in the shop and give a cold and disinterested service.

Très gentille et elle connaît son affaire. Merci pour cet excellent service. We went to the shop 3 times this weekend, we were served by Mrs. Annie. Just a word to say WOW that this woman is her place. Very nice and she knows her business. Thank you for this excellent service.
m	maxime beaudoin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ aujourdhui le 14 aout 2021...vers 15h45. nous avons ete tres mal acceulli lors de notre visite chez Columbia mont tremblant. nous avons sur le moment oublier de nous desinfecter les mains...je comprends la politique mais nous nous sommes excuse en reculant et avons desinfecte nos mains. et la dame a la caisse de dire a d'autres clients "je ne comprends pas apres 2 ans que le monde catch pas encore".....nous venions de faire plusieurs boutiques et c'etait un simple oublie. elle a ete condesendante avec nous et tres impolie en face d'autres clents. nous allions acheter un morceau de linge et nous avons fait marche arriere a cause de son attitude. de.plus....pendant la soiree nous avons parler de cette dame a d'autres employees du mont tremblant et ils semblaient tous la connaitre sous un mauvais angle. svp remedier a la situation car ca ne semble pas un cas insole! nous y retournernons demain en esperant avoir.un ou une employe plus sympa pour faire nos achats merci today August 14, 2021 ... around 3:45 p.m. we were very badly received during our visit to columbia mont tremblant. we forgot to sanitize our hands at the time ... i understand the policy but we apologized by stepping back and sanitizing our hands. and the lady at the cash register to tell other customers "I don't understand after 2 years that the world is still not catching" ..... we had just done several shops and it was simply forgotten. she was condescending to us and very rude in front of other clents. we were going to buy a piece of linen and we backed off because of his attitude. more .... during the evening we spoke about this lady to other employees of mont tremblant and they all seemed to know her from a bad angle. please remedy the situation because it does not seem like a crazy case! we will go back tomorrow hoping to have a friendlier employee to do our shopping thank you

Elle fait du bon travail et arrive à bien s’occuper des clients alors qu’elle est seule! Merci pour ton bon service! Today my girlfriend and I were served super well by Joanne from Colombia. She does a good job and is able to take good care of clients while on her own! Thanks for your good service!

M	Medo Enki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend buying anything from this store at all even if it is the last clothing store in the world. Because they have bad customer service( bad manners).I bought 2 hats, 2 hours later I returned one of them because I found nicer and cheaper on at roots and the refund terms at Columbia says you could return the article within 21 days. In the beginning the cashier whose name is not on the receipt( the big women with long brown hair)refused to return it with aggressive language , then I showed her Columbia’s terms on the back of the receipt and only then she returned it with a grim and pull face. Which made me feel as if I stole it and all the fun I had skying went a way because of her behavior. I used to be a good customer of Columbia and if Columbia does nothing with this situation, all my friends, my family and I will never buy anything from Columbia.
G	Gary Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nope! I bought a pair of shoes and my wife bought a pair of paints. The shoes were ok but did not stand up against my other athletic shoes. My wife’s $100 paints were coming apart the next day? We went to return them the next day and were told because they were on a slight discount they were considered final sale and no refund or exchange would be offered. We won’t be back and I will be sending a letter to Columbia.
M	Moni Ossandon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great on customer service and for English speaker. If you plan on going there be prepared to receive attitude from the employee. I went with my family to see if they were selling a type of glove, unfortunately my French isn’t the best and try to ask politely if the glove where made for the weather and had touch screen. This random employee who I don’t even know if it’s management decided to give me attitude and say “ yea can’t you just read the labels everything is written there”. Of course I could have read it but I think it’s normal we ask instead isn’t that customer service ? It wasn’t a pleasant experience
