★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional customer service. I went in with a jacket that I had bought from the UK that had a problem with the zip. I was blown away by the response. They offered me 2 options. 1) lend me a new similar jacket so that I can continue snowboarding and get the other jacket fixed by north face for free when i return home or 2) exchange the jacket with the broken zip for a new one. I took 2 and they let me pick a new jacket that was worth a bit more than the one I brought in. It was all so easy, no questions asked and completely exceeded my expectations. As a result, I’ll always look to buy North Face products in the future. Thank you, Livia! You exceeded my expectations.
