★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. The staff was extremely rude. They also would not accept cash only card. That is unacceptable. More people touch the debit machine than cash anyway and they don't sanitize between people using the machine.

Was there yesterday the gentleman helping us was great but the attitude and the way we were treated by the female employee we actually put all of our stuff back and left the store. With all the competition in Banff selling the same things you would think they would give better customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in this store is extremely rude and unreasonable! If you are an Asian, you’d better stay away from this store. We stepped into the store and no one greeted us, which is fine with me because maybe the staffs are busy. But when my son touched one of the Easter decorating eggs, the tall long haired woman came to us to stop him touching the egg with very rude attitude. I apologized to her and said he just touched it. The thing is it’s Easter long weekend, every store is celebrating Easter holiday, and kids are part of the celebration. Especially, in this store the eggs are everywhere, it’s hard for little ones not to touch or play with these plastic eggs. That woman was friendly to other customers besides Asian. When I see other kids playing with the eggs, she’s smiling at them. This is ridiculous. I request the store owner or manager investigate this staff, because it’s just not right. Last but not least, hope every kids have a great Easter!

The staff had amazing recommendations and local knowledge well past just their products! Obsessed with their family PJ's like our fur baby was obsessed with their treats :) Keep up the good work beautiful people!
