T	T Lacs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is the perfect combination of luxury and reasonably priced accommodation in Banff. Our hotel is very spacious, comes with a fireplace, king sized bed, and is just in general a wonderful experience. The hotel restaurant is not very good but, that's for their separate review. We visit Banff often, and have been searching for a regular hotel to use, and believe we have found it with the Royal Canadian Lodge.

I reviewed the property information both on the website and Expedia, did not see any notes regarding a nightly parking fee. Most of not all the other surrounding hotels I’ve stayed at offer their underground parking for free as part of the stay. Second, the cleanliness of our room was sub par. More specifically the towels and the bed sheets. Good thing we brought out own towels because their towels had hair and dead bugs. The bed sheets had stains and a weird smell to it. So we got some extra sheets and put it on top. I would not recommend this hotel. The potential is there, but the lack lustre boutique vibe is a deal breaker. You’re better off staying at one of the Clique resorts.
A	Aimee Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very nice we booked 3 rooms,smalls rooms however beds are so comfortable, pool and tub well maintained. The only problem my friends and I encountered was during our check in the agent was rude to us, made us feel terrible when we decided to park our car in the garage he talked to us like we were children, the agent also say to other guests 'don't call me if you have problems' - he poor customer service. Other agents are friendly they say Hi and wish us good day every time we walk by lobby.

There are potentially two work stations for those with duelling laptops. The fittings and amenities are great and they include a gas fireplace in the room. The chef in their restaurant is very talented and the staff can recommend wine parings for the meal you construct.

For normal people on vacation, it's great. Nice room and restaurant. Clean, friendly and affordable... My only complaint is no microwave in the hotel room. Internet works great!

You can book the pool for half an hour at a time. Staff were very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommend.

The lobby is beautiful and has a library for guests. There are complimentary bike rentals, and covered parking. Also, the pool/hot tub is great! Will stay here again.
M	Makan Golizeh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. We stayed there on our trip to Jasper/Banff/Calgary. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful, especially one elderly lady in the diner, who asked us if everything was alright almost every 10 minutes <3. The hotel has an indoor parking, which is a great advantage in a place like Banff. The swimming pool and sauna were clean and not so busy, and the breakfast was good. We will definitely go again.
