M	Marisol Berry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there in August 2021. We ate there because we did the t house hike in lake Louise. So we where to tired to go anywhere else and I am glad we did. The steaks were fantastic as well as the appetizer. Excellent service. So good we went back next day. Lol

The decor is also really nice, lots of memories from Banff back in the day. The restaurant is located at the Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa, if you’re staying there you get a resort credit per night that could be used at the restaurant ?
P	Peter Davies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the worst I have ever experienced at a Keg. Wrong meal, wrong order of delivery, cold potato, and flies all over the place. I still paid for my steak. But an example would be where Earls restaurant completely blanked our entire bill and then gave us a hundred dollar voucher. I expected the best of service from the Keg. So disappointing. Zoom in to see the flies on my food.
S	Serena Ward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, slightly expensive but good quality. Delicious bread! I've had 4 different meats here but the best by far was the slice of prime rib I had the first time. The following sirloins were not nearly as tender and actually a bit tough. Vegetables were good, although very small portion of fries... Service fine although nobody mentioned the "Specials" to me even though the tables next to me were informed. Only one waiter gave me spontaneously water and bread, the other waitresses didn't bring either.

So at the end they gave him dessert on the house. We ordered three different steaks. Enjoyed very much. The quantity was enough. Our server was wonderful. Fee minutes of walk from our stay.

The table for 2 is too small that when the food was served, the waiters had to literally be skilled in Tetris to have the plates sit somewhat properly on the table. We had to move a few items onto the ledge to make items fit on the table. There were loud obnoxious people celebrating. I understand singing Happy Birthday 1 or 2 times, but not 5 or 6 times, with each time getting louder, more obnoxious and sloppier.
K	KyraSamax on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with my boyfriend after snowboarding/skiing at sunshine village on a whim, and unexpectedly it was a wonderful experience. The host was so nice, and welcoming and so was our waitress Anna. She did everything with ease, and was super polite and personable. The food was awesome, I couldn't be any happier. Anna recommended the keg classic if I wanted to get a salad and said the mushrooms were good too. Typically I dont like mushrooms but why not since she recommended them, and surprisingly they were super good!! I went to a restaurant yesterday for my 5 year anniversary in banff which was recommend to me but the bill cost even more than what I paid here, and the service wasn't as good either. So definitely I would 100% recommend this place if you're looking for good food, service, price, and ambience. Thanks again to our friendly host, Anna, and the chefs that made our food! :)

As it was our anniversary I agreed to try the restaurant once more. I'm very happy that we did. The service was excellent The meal was hot, tasty and very well plated. The only minor complaint that I have is that the garlic roasted mashed potatoes were a little over done and gluey, almost as if they had been sitting for a while. Excellent wine selection, clean restaurant and pleasant views. A great addition and dining place within the lodge itself.
