Bliss Valley is the most comfortable massage studio I have ever been to in the Bow Valley! Highly recommended! I will be going back again.

The facility is clean, smells amazing and conveniently located in the cascade shops right off Banff Ave. My colleague and I walked in after having dinner to see if by chance we could get in for a massage and we were booked to come in the same evening! My therapist Jona was professional and very good at her craft. I can honestly say I have never had a better massage in my life! 100% recommend.

I went with a group of friends (one of them a former masseuse) and everyone enjoyed their massages which is saying something! Highly recommend checking this place out. Don’t let their location in the mall for you, Bliss’ massage therapists are wonderful.

Janet was my massage therapist and hands down she provided the best massage that I have ever received in life. She has magic hands that has provided relief for weeks. I wish I could have brought her back to Ontario.
