S	Stephen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience, as with others I had similar problems. Didn't honor prepaid price online. Hidden fees on insurance, I booked online paid for maximum insurance and when I arrived they tried to charge me for more insurance which is not listed on the web page which I reported to corporate customer service (turns out it's allowed). Insane billing methods keeping deposit 7-10 days when local rep said 48 hours. Local rep also said $13 extra fee would be taken from the deposit. It immediately billed my card. Take photos and videos of everything. Pluses, car was in okay condition with full tank of gas. Total cost, one day rental of SUV with full insurance roadside extras was $101+gas+$500 deposit. 9am Saturday to 9am Sunday.
B	Bimal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience, my car windshield was cracked and everything was covered from my basic insurance. Love the costumer service, will recommend this place for renting a car. Moreover I got an upgrade to suv and it was amazing.

Hidden fees on insurance, also charger/navigation.I booked online paid for maximum insurance and when I arrived they tried to charge me for more insurance which is not listed on their Avis app also No cars which is I booked through Avis app( with confirmation)Only one guy works at that time keep talking with som by phone( I don’t wanna hear their private conversation actually) I was waiting almost 30min in front of him . He had lots of time talk with friends by phone but not enough time for explaining my invoice to me.

This has happened more than once where the one person has to rush and multi-task. I was talking to the representative behind the counter about another reservation and the phone rang, he picked it up and started making a reservation with the person on the phone while I stood there, and eventually I just walked out. Reserved a car 6 WEEKS before pick up day and once I arrived precisely at the scheduled time they only had a small handful of very old vehicles available on the lot, neither of which were in the class of vehicle I wanted. The representative said to wait 1/2 hour that more vehicles were arriving. I asked them if they were sure--they said yes. Went for a coffee and came back 45 minutes later. nope. One other thing: When you rent from AVIS, they advertise that XM Radio is available--which I won't rent without it. Another big nope. None of the cars on the lot had it, although they claim they do on-line and when I phoned beforehand. As a result of all of this unfortunate experience, I ended up cancelling my trip. I didn't have time to go around the city looking for other rentals b/c I erroneously thought AVIS is reliable and keeps to their word about reservations.

I have been going to this location for a few years now and it has always been consistently good. Will definitely be coming back again and referring my friends as well. Thanks Avis and Amirul!

We rented a Ford Transit 250 panel van for a Calgary-Vancouver move for one of our kids. The van performed perfectly and was easy to drive. *Recommend checking with your insurance company as ours recommended purchase of the Avis policy. We would return to this location for future local rental needs - recommend.
