But in the past 18 months she's helped me through some really complex and stressful problems and along the way has demonstrated without a doubt that she genuinely cares and listens. She always answers my questions straight and I'm a stickler for going over results. What more could I ask for?

I called to cancel and rebook an appointment and they did it without any problem . Dr Habashy is the best and most caring Dr I have ever had but yes she is sometimes late when there are a lot of patients as she tries to give each patient a good listening ear. I am very satisfied with my services here and will keep going. Yes they do charge if you cancel appointments within hours to nit waste drs time do I always give them enough notice if I can’t make it and I’ve never had an issue.
R	Rania Alhakimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if there is a zero rate i would go with. this clinic hired unprofessional nursing who are very very rude. the staff always on the phone, i wouldn't hire such a rude people. i am pregnant and Dr. habashi is my GP during pregnancy, i never got the right care in term of testing and follow up. i have been more than a week asking them to give me a lab test requisition

Two of my appointments were booked fairly last min and they were able to get me in really smoothly. Dr. Rakic takes my concerns seriously and is extremely professional and thoughtful. I have a lot of confidence in this clinic. By far the best gp I’ve ever seen! Edit: uh oh. I’m getting the answering message loop other people have mentioned. I can’t get through. Will update... Update: because I couldn’t get through on the phone, I just went in. I was seen right away, no problem. Update 2: still seeing them. Still a great experience.

While she was at another clinic, my spouse had her as a doctor and I had another doctor. My doctor moved out of province, their patients weren't informed, and the patients were dropped from the clinic. Dr. R offered to take me on even though she wasn't taking new patients. I feel cared for and listened to.

I saw Dr. Jose Perdomo for a meet and greet appointment, as I am looking for a family doctor. His introduction was rude (asked me to put away my phone right away, even though I mentioned I had written down the points I wanted to tell him about in it), he couldn’t care less about my clinic history or what I had to say, he rushed through instead and gave me a long list of things that he doesn’t address as a doctor. Then he mentioned that I should get used to this kind of appointments in Canada, as Drs will only give me a minute or so of their time per appointment. By the way, he was late to the appointment when I was the only patient in the clinic. Please avoid at all costs. Si estas buscando doctor que hable español sigue buscando.
