★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first walk-in visit was great: professional, efficient and friendly service.
My last visit was a disappointment. I arrived before 4pm only to find out that their walk-ins close at 2pm. On their site they gave no mention that their walk-in hours end at 2pm.
When I arrived, I asked the women working there where it’s stated that their walk-in hours close at 2pm on Thursday. It wasn’t listed on google, on their website and we both couldn’t find it on a site she suggested: “medi map”.
She advised, in a rude tone that I “call next time”. Gee, thanks! Appreciate you being so empathetic (sarcasm)
Maybe you want to update your info on the web so its accurate. People who are ill and need care might not think to call various clinics. Its much faster and efficient to quickly pull up the info online- plus it also shows wait times! A very handy feature for people who need care that can’t wait to see their doctor.
Word of advice: Call before you come! Otherwise, the doctors and staff are quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made an appointment for my daughter to see our family doctor here at the clinic. The morning of her appointment she woke up with a sore throat and complained that she could not swallow anything. In a way I was glad that we had the appointment to see our doctor. As soon as we arrived (right on time) we were shown into one of the rooms. Once the doctor came in (a few minutes later), I mentioned that I had made the appointment in advance for a different reason but now she seems to be having a cold that needs more attention. She not only attended her for her symptoms on that day but also followed through the original reason for the appointment. She took her time going over everything with both of us. Thank you Dr. Kim for being so kind and caring. We appreciate having you as our family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor could not tell the difference between a wart and a callous on the bottom of my daughter's foot. Tried to burn callous off with liquid nitrogen and kept finding new "warts" which were really more callouses with each visit. I am stunned at the level of incompetence. This guy, Dr. A or something, needs to lose his license before he kills someone if he hasn't already. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call the clinic and had to wait an hour for a phone call from a doctor to make an assessment and another appointment to come in. Fairly standard. When I came in, none of the nurses were wearing masks. Okay, sure, I can forgive this. Waited for the doctor for 10 minutes had a 15 minute examination in which he told me hey I can't exactly help you you need to go to the ER. Fair enough. I get to the ER waste 2 hours of my time waiting to have a Dr diagnose me in 2 minutes. It was a horrible feeling knowing that I had wasted everyone in the ERs time when they could have been so helping someone else.

I just had the same situation with almost everyone here having a rude receptionist asking them nicely and just says no to you and hung up. Absolutely rude how you guys still have this clinic running ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a pap test 2 month ago and the receptionist told me it will take 6-8 weeks when I asked her before. so I called today to ask what's going on.
She said now it could take 3 month, but the way she talked was not nice at all. I said if she is sure it will take 3month maximum not more and she said yes.
After I hung up, I called the office again to get her name for future reference, but they didn't take the phone 6-7 try calling.
Finally another receptionist whose name was Lia got the phone and she started acting rude to me and when i asked the other receptionist name, she wouldn't give me it.
I was upset but try to explain the issue I have, she said I was rude, too.
I asked her if this conversation is recorded(I wished), but she said no.
I said to her that's why you guys are talking to customer like this?
Those 2 receptionist are not qualified and nice at all.
When I fnally wanted to book a phone schedule with my doctor, she said the docror would call later this week. ARE YOU KIDDING???
Normally receptionists give more specific day and time, not later this week. and it's Monday , EXCUSE ME!!!
I almost felt harrased by these rude and ignorant receptionists.
I bet they are cooperating so well but not in a good way.
I also found out the receptionist also gave me a fake name when I asked her. I talked to doctor today(Wednesday)and she said there's no receptionist name LIA! Obviously they have no problem telling a lie to customer, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is may 6th , I was there at 4:30 pm ,they have the worst receptionist EVER , she is so mean talk with attitude and she is has no personality to be a clinic receptionist , clinic receptionist must be a kind and understanding person pleas a a manegment or a owner of the clinic hire someone who has some experience so they can undestand people better not a young selfish person .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess you need a new medical office assistant that is not rude.
All the reviews in here are true! I have an appointment at 8am and I was in line before the clinic opens, and when they finally open, the receptionist attend the person behind me without hesitation. And when i confronted her, she said "oh it doesnt matter, your appointment is at 8am anyways". THATS NOT MY POINT, my point was its rude to attend somebody when there's literally someone infront of you. Then when i get to the doctors office, i was still speaking with her then she slamed the door at me.VERY RUDE
If you want your day to be ruined and to be disrespected, go to this clinic. PROPS to the management for not doing something about it.
