Very frustrating trying to follow up on an appointment I had leaving me no option other than going in person for a simple follow up that should be on the phone. Clearly they don’t care after reading these reviews this has been an issue for the public for a long time.

They cancel appointments last minute and don't offer any other appointments, Because THEY ARE ALWAYS FULLY BOOKED. Also, every time you call the clinic, you have to be on hold for 25-30 min....The doctors decide to have in-person appointments by phone and if you need any physical exam, you have to desperately look for somewhere else. This clinic has serious issues, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC...

I literally just wanted to know a bit more about what’s wrong with my body and what drug I’ll be using. But this guy made me feel like he wanted to end this conversation in every single second. The chat was 2 minutes long btw. Hey doctor if you want to make money without spending time with patients, go do something else. You will screw up your career if you keep treat your patients like that.

I went there and because I had a slight cough, the doctor would only have a phone convo with me. Fair enough, I guess during these Covid times... They said she would call me at home an hour later. 3 hours later, no call. So I call them, but the doctor had already gone home... What?! I get scheduled for the next day, but on that 2-minute call, she referred me to an Urgent Care clinic where a doctor can actually meet me personally. Privately paid $125 to be given the run-around and wasted 2 days...

No longer do they accept phone calls (unheard of for a medical facility), instead redirecting patients to use their online booking system - which you can't actually utilize because every doctor is always "fully booked" for both in-person and telephone calls. Called around to several other medical clinics, and while they too were all fully booked to see patients, they were still happily taking phone calls. Brentwood Medical is the only clinic I contacted that has completely cut-off interaction with patients. They should be embarrassed and ashamed with how badly this clinic is run.

I don't know why this office has so many bad reviews. Thanks to all the staff and doctors for your time, amazing job! Doctors, nurses, assistance's and receptionist's around the globe are burned out from covid. Please practice some patience. Some countries do not have medical health care so let's be grateful for what we have.

I think this is acceptable since it’s not an emergency room and any people could walk-in any time. Also the doctor was helpful and he patiently answered all my questions.
