I will start by saying I went by the previous reviews. Big mistake, they must have been dealing in an alternate universe. The orthotics guy here is fabulous. He is patient and knows his stuff. He explains everything in really simple terms and has a foot care plan. If I only ever had to deal with him I would be a huge fan and would send everyone there. But this is an example of how crappy staffing can spoil some poor business owner's vision. I have called this place at least 4 times and never - not once - had a call back. I tried the other Spring - the Medical clinic and was told tersely they weren't related and hung up on. I dropped in today to pick up my orthotics because it had been the 3 weeks the orthotics guy said and - hey - they were ready and have been for over 2 weeks. And when queried about why they hadn't contacted me - they have my email, several phone numbers, fax number and I work about 50 feet from their back door - the woman shrugged and said "Oh, they didn't? oh well sorry" Really? That's all you can say? She didn't offer me a chance to talk with the orthotician, but said she would "fit" me. This consisted of putting the orthotic into the shoe. She asked no questions, she gave no information and I finally asked if I was supposed to come back she said "when you've had them for 2 weeks" and that was that. If you live in the area and can go in all the time and only have to deal with the owner, I would not hesitate to recommend this place. But if you are thinking that his staff cares even one iota, you will be wrong and greatly disappointed. Fortunately, I work 50 feet away from their back door so I can just go over but what a hassle.

My experience at Spring has been more than a dream. Their staff is friendly, compassionate and professional. The place is very bright and clean. If you want your orthotics done right, go to Spring. With Spring, the patient is the focus and you will feel at home the moment you walk through the door.

I had my first visit to Spring Medical Clinic today and I had an exceptional experience. My foot has been in pain for a few months now, so I decided it was time to see a foot doctor. They are conveniently located only a few minutes (walking) from the Brentwood Town Centre Station. The office is bright, clean, open and looks recently renovated. I've never actually seen a medical office look that nice before, so I was pleasantly surprised! I was asked the have a seat at the reception area when I arrive, then within a few minuted I was taken to my waiting room and was helped my Melissa (I believe) to fill out some paper work. If you have a benefits provider they do all the paperwork regarding submitting your claim which takes the work off of you. Very convenient! Dr. Jordan came into the waiting room within 10-15 minutes of my scheduled appointment. He made me feel comfortable, relaxed and he seemed incredibly knowledgeable about the foot issues I was experiencing. He was very patient with me and asked if I had any questions several times throughout the assessment. He made me feel happy about my choice of coming to Spring Medical Clinic. Dr. Jordan took an imprint of my foot right away, so now I just need to wait 2 weeks for my orthopedics. I highly recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone who is looking for a great service.
