β β β β β Impossible to get thru to someone. They say they have lunch to 1:15 but so many times I call after that and never an answer I have to call tons of times before I get thru. Also doctor will give you expensive medicine to make money off prescription so beware of that. I got a very expensive medicine given to me later on to find out thru my own research that thereβs a 10$ one ? which gave me the exact same effect. so donβt let them push expensive medicine on you do your own research.

β β β β β Horrible at picking up the phone.
I've been seeing Dr. Fasihih for a few years now, reception is quite awful here.
Messages aren't returned, phone line is either tied up or the ppl will let it ring and go to voicemail, I've even experienced them picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. It's honestly easier to get in to a walk-in clinic than to book an appointment to see this doctor. Not worth the hassle.

β β β β β Mina the receptionist is incredible rude. I always dread coming here as I have to deal with her. She needs to learn how to at least acknowledge patients and not treat them like an inconvenience. When you walk into the clinic she will literally stare at you without greeting you at all. Overtime this clinic has also turned more and more into a skin beauty clinic more than a medical clinic.

β β β β β I had been going to this clinic for 3 ish years. I always got help for my mental health concerns and they were very kind about it although they did refuse some diagnostics because they thought it would make my anxiety worse.
When it came to health issues at first things went really well and was sent for testing which was amazing. When nothing was found I was again told it was anxiety and was spoken to like I was hysterical and making things up. I ended up switching clinics because I was in so much pain that I needed an answer.. I've since been diagnosed with more than 1 chronic illness that never would have been found if I stayed at this clinic. I dont have many negative things to say about the clinic in general and for small things.. but if you suspect you have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome or ehlers danlos syndrome or any other chronic illnesses I would recommend going elsewhere.

β β β β β I did my medical check here. Dr was extremely helpful and easygoing. Mina was very helpful too. I believe I asked her for glass of water like 6,7 different times, and each time she provided me with water and was really easygoing and understanding.
Perfect experience, and I really suggest here for everyone.

Dr. Fasihy and his staff at this clinic have been superb in attending and responding to all my inquiries. My entire family is also have been coming to this clinic for years. They have been working tirelessly specially in this challenging times to provide excellent service to the community.
