L	Living Life on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment for a phone consultation. Was told Dr will calll between 1-230pm , so i took the afternoon off to wait for the call Called them back at 3pm and they told me Dr tried calling me at before 1pm when i was at work! WHat was the point of telling me to expect a call window ! Will NEVER return to this clinic !

The lady at the front is certainly in the wrong career as she demonstrates a very poor standard of respect and communication skills. To get an appointment is next level frustration as the site is not available to show a simple availability for bookings...... just move on to another clinic. Much easier then going here

Just like the person says below, there was No appointment made and thr doctor that called me said to just go there and the request would be online - what joke. There should be an Audit done

No respect for our time. I'm sure the clinic can do so much better if they replace their staff. Worst that I have ever been to.
J	Jill Yewell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A medical clinic that requires you to book an appointment per issue/symptom isn't a medical clinic. It's a bank. I was shamed by a doctor for speaking to a possible UTI shortly after a PAP. She was visibly annoyed, rolled her eyes and told me I'd "have to wait 4 hrs. and they'd 'see what they could do' and was reminded I had to book an apt for each issue. They also screwed up an requisition for a shoulder x-ray, booked it for my elbow and then booked a 2nd appt at a mammography only place. This clinic abuse the privilege of being publicly funded.
k	kali n on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to this clinic for a couple years now , consistently the service has been horrible . It’s such a pain just to get to speak to someone and when you do , their too busy or annoyed to deal with you. That’s just the desk people . And their walk in doctor Mabel Lee , she’s rude , angry and impatient . She makes me feel like I’m such a nuisance when I tell her about my symptoms in regards to a vascular issue in my foot . She did not take me seriously , I had to get a second opinion and was admitted to the hospital shortly after . Dr Mabel Lee also has her clinic on keefer street . I would stay away unless you want to get yelled at
A	Argent 11 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first reading the comments made me hesitant to come to this clinic. I was expecting for the worst. But they must have changed the receptionists, they were really friendly and nice to me when I arrived. I got a PAP test done by DR.LEE. (It was my first one ever). Dr. Lee was very kind and patient with me. She made me feel really comfortable and walked me through everything she was doing. I hope this will help anyone out there that needs to get a PAP test but is afraid. Thank you Dr.Lee
E	Elizabeth Stanwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are good but the "telehealth" system, where you get a phone appointment, is the WORST. Sometimes the digital waiting list doesn't work. It says I'll get a call from the doctor that day, and then I dont, and the next day I'm off the list. Even when I talk to a receptionist who puts me on the list, sometimes I never get a call from the doctor. And they don't give me a time window, so if I'm not staring at my phone all day, it's easy to miss the call when they do actually phone me. It's extremely frustrating!!!
