★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving a review for the Loblaws Optical Dept at the Real Canadian Superstore Grandview because I was really impressed with the quality, service and price/value I received there. The store manager Mario and his colleague Martin were fantastic from the moment I walked in to get the lenses of my current glasses updated. I did not purchase the original glasses there, mind you, but they gave me a great 2 for 1 deal to replace the lenses even with one pair being rimless (Costco wouldn't replace those for me). They consulted with me on the best lens type for the value to fit my prescription and offered me a warrantee to return the pairs should I experience any issues. I was shocked at how reasonable their lens prices are and they told me they are always having deals and will work with the customer to cover the fees other companies charge (like the cost to bring your own frames in). I am a very happy customer and plan to return to get new contact lens there. Can't recommend them more highly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always an awesome experience. Martin and Kevin are absolutely the BEST. The prices are on point as well. Service is above par IMO. My husband and I only go there and have been for years now. So friendly and willing to go that extra mile, which these days is really hard to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must have been going there for the last six years for eye checkup and to get my progressives. Kevin Z. has consistently given me a 5-star customer experience. I was just there last Friday and was surprised that he mentioned a few details about me. Amazing since I have not been there for two years. Talk about customer engagement. I highly recommend him and also Martin, who is equally friendly and knowledgeable.

Iv been going here for years, and will continue to get my eye exam, contact lenses, and glasses from here. They know the ins and outs of insurances very well, and always let me know exactly what date my insurance renews and the exact amount to the cent that is covered! Thank you very much for this. I really do appreciate it.
Prior to this, no other optometry clinic ever told me what my options were and would only ever let me pick glasses out from 6 pairs hidden away in some little cubby.
Very happy that the mystery is over and I can actually get a pair of glasses that I like to wear.
